It is a judgement-free conversation with someone who you can trust with your thoughts and beliefs, without any expectations of reciprocity. My coaching is focussed on the emotions and challenges that arise when you go through a separation or divorce. Topics I help clients with are for example managing stress and anxiety around the legal process, improving communication with your ex-partner, and setting clear, achievable goals for your future.

I offer a bespoke package for my coaching services, with fees starting at £99 per hour. The first 30 minute conversation is free of charge, and after we speak about your goals and expectations I will send you a personalised quote and coaching plan.
