About Me

I am Polly Jackman, nice to meet you!

Over the past decade I have gained experience as a family lawyer in England, and in recent years I have started to offer divorce and separation coaching in addition to this. No two relationships are the same, and the same goes for the process of splitting up and divorcing. My perspective on family law is shaped by a deep compassion for the emotional difficulties that are part of any separation. I am a kind and clear source of support for my clients, providing guidance every step of the way. When necessary, I become a firm advocate; ensuring strong representation in court to protect your interests.

In addition to my work as a family lawyer I am a divorce and separation coach. I started to offer this service as I noticed clients often want support on how to navigate the emotional pitfalls of a breakup, but find it hard to find that within their own circle. As a coach I help my clients put life events into perspective and offer them a safe space to mourn, dream and eventually move forward stronger.

Aside from a lawyer and coach, I am a passionate advocate for women’s rights. Long before I even knew what these words meant, I had a strong interest in equity and equality. My interest started as a personal project and I feel enormous gratitude for being able to incorporate it into my professional life as a committee member for the London-Irish Abortion Rights Campaign and Sister Supporter. I also am the Vice Chair of Voice for Choice, a coalition of reproductive justice organisations.

As a happy resident of Central London, I thrive on the city’s energy and usually spend my weekends exploring local parks, museums and theaters. When I’m not in the city, you’ll find me hiking and enjoying the beauty of the English countryside .
